Ingredients (6-8 servings):
- 1 can coconut milk (preferably not light)
- 3/4 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 4 cups cooked sticky rice
- Fruit (for this recipe 1/4 of mango and 4 strawberries for 1 serving)
Preparation:
In a large saucepan on medium-high heat, combine coconut milk, sugar and salt. Mix until dissolved. As soon as the mixture begins to boil, remove from heat. Reserve 1/3-1/2 cups in a glass.
Pour remaining coconut sauce over cooked rice, cover and let sit for 10-20 minutes to absorb all the sauce.
On a plate, served two tablespoons of rice, decorate with sliced mango and strawberries, remaining coconut sauce and a pinch of coarse salt on top.
We need:
- 4 fresh peaches
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Peel peaches and cut them into about 6 pieces. Mix the lemon zest stirring with thyme, honey and olive oil.
Cover the peaches with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Before serving, leave the peaches on the grill for about 2 minutes on each side and they're ready to taste!
Ingredients (about 20 pieces):
- 3 zucchini
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Chopped herbs to taste (basil, mint, sage, rosemary ... etc.)
Wash the zucchini and dry it. Cut it in slices and let rest for about 2h.
Then the dip in one of the egg white, then in flour mixed with herbs and finally in bread mixed with the other clear.
Bake in the preheated oven to 425-460°F for 7 minutes each side until surfaces crack and golden

Ingredients:
- 2 bags of jasmine tea
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 cup of light coconut milk
- 2 packets no-calorie sweetener or 2 tablespoons sucralose-based sugar substitute, divided
Preparation:
Brew 2 cups jasmine tea with boiling water according to package directions; cool to room temperature.
Pour 1/2 cup coconut milk into each glass. Stir 1 packet of sweetener into each glass. Add ice; carefully pour half of tea into each glass. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
